Between appointments
A pelvic floor programme is supervised for perhaps an hour a month and done alone for the rest of it. This board is that rest of it: the eleven weeks between an assessment and a review, a printed sheet of exercises, and nobody to ask whether you are doing them right. Esther and Bethan moderate. Threads close after sixty days without a reply and stay up afterwards as a record.
